Please note: A small percentage of our DVDs were made outside the United States. Since all of our DVDs play in English on US and Canadian DVD players, this should not be of concern. But if it is, please contact us about a particular title and we'll tell you where it was made.

Are these new, factory sealed DVDs?

Unless it's described as used, all of our videos are new and factory sealed. We are not one of those sites that sells burned DVD-Rs without a case or the artwork, just the name scrawled on the disc in magic marker. If that's what you're looking for, there are plenty of sites out there. Some of them will even sell you a case for an extra fee.

When will my DVDs ship?

All DVDs ship within 72 hours of your purchase date excluding weekends. All titles listed are in stock and ready to ship. Expect to receive your DVD within 7-10 days from the date of purchase.

How will my DVDs ship?

All DVDs ship via USPS First Class. Larger orders are usually upgraded to priority mail.

How much is shipping?

Shipping to any address within the United States for one DVD is $3.95. This includes the cost of postage, packaging material and delivery confirmation. Shipping bulk orders is typically a little more. The cost of International shipments depends on the the country.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We do ship outside the United States now, although because of availability (or lack thereof) most of our customers live in the US.

Do you accept PayPal?

We don't accept PayPal for two reasons: first, their fees for merchants are too high; and second, when we did use PayPal, our account was hacked twice. So, despite their claims of being the most "loved" way of transferring money on the internet, we really don't love them all that much. If you would like to pay by money order (we don't accept personal checks), please email first for directions. Regarding phone orders, we are not set up to take them at this time.

What happens if my DVD doesn’t work?

In the rare instance that you receive a defective DVD, there is no need to panic! We will replace any defective DVDs, free of charge upon return of the defective DVD. Just send us an email beforehand. Also, a note explaining what the defect is must accompany the returned DVD. Before returning what you believe to be a defective DVD, you should first try playing it in another DVD player, or your computer's DVD drive. Oftentimes, a DVD - especially if it's an import - won't play correctly on older DVD players. But don't worry. It's very rare that our DVDs are defective. But like with any product, it does happen from time to time.

If the DVD doesn't work, why do I have to return it?

Because we need to return it to the manufacturer.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final and there are no returns. The reason for this policy, which we strictly adhere to, is that DVDs and other media are easily copied these days. We will only replace defective DVDs once the defective DVD has been returned to us.

Would you replace one title with another?

No. Replacements are made for the same title only. In the event that the DVD is out of stock or no longer available, you will receive a full refund.

What if the post office loses or damages a DVD?

We ship with delivery confirmation. If the post office loses your DVD, it will be replaced. Same thing if the post office damages it. In case of a damaged disc, it must be returned to us so that we can send it back to the manufacturer before we can replace it.
Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. So make sure you give us your complete shipping address.
